Coaching Ethics Demonstrated with the Affirmation Story

In addition to the opening session and affirmation story taught in the Certified Professional Coach program aligning with the competencies as explored in the previous blog post, the process also aligns with the ICF’s Code of Ethics.

The coaching process taught in the Certified Professional Coach program set you up to effectively coach and serve your clients in keeping with the Code of Ethics and demonstrating the Core Competencies.

As a coach, give your clients the option of the process. Describe the process and explore the pros and cons for them so they choose. Chances are your clients will want it and appreciate it!
