The Center for Coaching Certification offers ICF-accredited coach training including initial certification through advanced training for Academic, Addiction, Business, Career, Executive, Leadership, Life, and Wellness Coaching. The programs are accredited by ICF as Level 1 or Level 2.
How to Become a Coach
The gold standard for being a coach is membership in the International Coaching Federation (ICF). The ICF requires 60 hours of training to become a member. In addition to membership, the ICF offers three levels of credentialing, the ACC, PCC, and MCC. Think about it this way: becoming a member of the ICF is much like getting an associates degree, and then earning an ACC credential is much like getting a degree and the PCC credential is much like earning a masters level degree.
