During the Certified Professional Coach program, .  This process creates rapport at a deep level in two sessions – and rapport is the number one indicator of success in a coaching relationship!  It also supports client confidence, focus, positivity, and motivation.  Sometimes coaches who prefer a logic and task focus hesitate to use the process and both the coach and the client miss out on a powerful tool.  The process is closely aligned with the application of coaching competencies as shown in this table:
