There you are, a recent graduate from the Center for Coaching Certification, so you are starting and building a coaching business.  How do you advertise and get your name out there to the world?  What are your next steps?  It seems that in so many places where you read, something called social media is the way to advertise, meet potential new clients, and develop business contacts.

In today’s tech savvy world, it seems most are online with smart phones, tablets, laptops, etc.  Social media applications have the potential of getting your business out in front of many people, at minimal to no cost.  These cost savings will make anyone smile! 

One huge way that offers tremendous potential is to utilize social media applications.  What are social media applications?  The top rated social media applications include Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, You Tube, and Snapchat.  These are just seven of the most popular, trending social media sites available and the most popular to help grow your coaching business.

In the 2017 edition of Coaching Perspectives, I walk you through these seven social media applications and give the how-to for setting up basic accounts for all of them.  I also offer insight as to each of the social media application demographics and hardware required to utilize these social media applications.

With almost everything business related found on the web, using the multitude of social media applications available offers you choices to jumpstart your coaching career and coaching business.  Utilizing these social media applications will also help you to grow your coaching business, build your company brand, and get your name out on the web to millions of potential clients!
