Free CCC Webinar: HR Leaders – The Journey in Focus from Company to Client with Jill Wilk

Thursday August 18, 2022
11:00 AM - 12:00 PM Eastern Time US and Canada, ET
3:00 PM - 4:00 PM Greenwich Mean Time, GMT

Human Resource Professionals are charged with upholding the goals set by the company they represent. They are asked to ensure that the employees working for that company consistently commit to these goals and objectives, maintain consistent performance levels, and acquire newly acquired skills in order to keep up with the demands of the changing business conditions and needs. What happens when HR leaders are asked to coach employees? HR represents the goals of the company while the coaching profession maintains a client-focused agenda. Can you see the paradox here?

In this webinar we will explore the journey of human resources professionals who are either making a change to the coaching profession or those who are incorporating a client-focused coaching style into their organization. We will examine the specific differences in style, questions, and focus.
