Join the Ethics Community of Practice and Cathy Liska, MCC for this interactive, moderated session where Diversity is more than a hot topic – it is, quite simply, the right thing. In this webinar, specific points from the Code of Ethics, Core Competencies, and PCC Markers that are pertinent to diversity will be highlighted. Discussion groups will be given Case Studies to discuss while referencing the Code of Ethics, Core Competencies, and PCC Markers.
Five steps each individual coach can take to increase diversity will be shared.

Looking at Coaching from Seven Perspectives

Join the Coaching Supervision Community of Practice and our speakers Eve Turner and Damian Goldvarg, MCC, for an interactive and experiential session. We will explore the Seven Eyed Model developed by Professor Peter Hawkins, PhD., which looks at coaching (and other) situations from seven angles. Participants will have an opportunity to reflect on a client by applying several “eyes” of the model and to share the learning in small groups.

Dr. Damian Goldvarg, MCC has thirty years of experience providing executive coaching, leadership training, and facilitation in over fifty countries. He is a Master Certified Coach and received his Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Alliant University. He is an Accredited Coach Supervisor (ESIA) and facilitates worldwide certifications in Professional Coaching, Mentor Coaching, and Coaching Supervision. He was the 2013-2014 ICF Global President. Damian published four books on Coaching and several book chapters and received in 1918 the Circle of Distinction award from ICF for his global contribution to the coaching profession and in 2019 the Coaching Supervision Award from EMCC.

Eve Turner is a coach/supervisor and author including the books “The Heart of Coaching Supervision – working with Reflection and Self-Care,” and “Ecological and Climate-Conscious Coaching: A Companion Guide to Evolving Coaching Practice.” An accredited Master Executive Coach (AC and APECS) and Master Supervisor (APECS and EMCC) she volunteers extensively, co-founded the Climate Coaching Alliance (CCA), and founded the Global Supervisors’ Network in 2016.

Explore & Expand Your Range with Improv

Join the ICF Career Coaching Community of Practice and Su Mee Tan (MA CPCC CPQC ACC) for an interactive fun learning experience to explore and expand your range as a coach. You get to play improv games, apply coaching skills and participate in discussions on how the principles of improv, such as active listening, being present, seeing someone else’s brilliance, and not being personally attached to the outcome of a session, apply to coaching as well. You don’t need any theatre experience; just an open mind and a willingness to play, learn and have fun.

Su Mee Tan - certified Co-Active Coach and a graduate of the Co-Active Leadership Program.

Su Mee Tan is a certified Co-Active Coach and a graduate of the Co-Active Leadership Program. She believes that the art of improvisation is a great skill to have in coaching as well as in life. She is also a certified Change Management Practitioner and holds an MA in English Linguistics. She trained in designing and delivering experiential learning programs, mindfulness, and mental fitness. Clients describe her coaching as non-judgmental with a gentle fierceness in a safe space, where nothing is considered wrong or too crazy. Her work brings together coaching, mindfulness, and improv. She lives by the idea that if something scares and excites you at the same time, it’s probably worth pursuing. This idea inspired her to sign up for an improv class a few years ago, and she’s also taken on musical improv and stand-up comedy since. Before she became a coach, Su Mee worked as a change manager and trainer for international law firms in offices all over the world. Outside of work, Su Mee enjoys being on stage and spending time alone in nature. She lives in Amsterdam with her husband and their two sons.
