Questions to Ask Before the Hunt for Your Coaching Certification Course

Written by Suzanne Mason, Certified Master Coach

At long last, you now have a vision of what you aspire to be. You know that a coach is what you want to become but you are still tethering on the edge? Maybe these short but searching questions may help. Do keep in mind that being a coach is also about digging deep into your own psyche and figuring out what you want so here goes:

  1. What do you want to achieve from getting certified as a coach?
  2. What skills and weaknesses do you have and want to work on?
  3. Are you willing to put in the time to learn?
  4. Do you know what it means to be a coach?
  5. How can you inspire and motivate yourself to keep going at it?

Now that you have these questions answered, time to hunt down a course for you! In the next blog post, we will explore what to ask when you are looking at coaching certification.
