Coaches Giving Thanks

Thanksgiving is an opportunity to reflect on all of the good things in life. Coach training and coaching are high on my list of good things — the opportunity to work as a coach trainer and a coach. Coaches often talk about how the work of coaching is a benefit to the coach as well as the client. Serving others in a way that really makes a difference is something for which to give thanks.

Here are some of the benefits of coaching and training coaches for which I am thankful:
• The honor of training so many intelligent, dedicated coaches
• The privilege of partnering with so many intelligent coaches as their coaches
• The pleasure of coaching so many accomplished individuals
• The learning through training and coaching others
• The incredible wisdoms and insights from the international conference for coaches
• The opportunities to learn from research and reading
• The amazing discussions and interactions with all of you to expand my thinking
• The insightful perspectives you share in class and in coaching sessions

Thank you each and every one of you for the opportunity to be a part of your amazing journey and thank you for sharing your successes!
