Sara Nixon - Instructor

Sara Nixon is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 25 years of coaching and consulting experience in a wide variety of companies, including GlaxoSmithKline and Imperial Oil. Within Rogers, Sara has coached individuals and teams at all levels, giving her a unique view of what it takes to build a thriving organization. Sara has grown her career as a Human Resources business partner and senior leader, with a focus on building her executive and team coaching experience. A Tool for Career Coaches

Kathy will share her systemic understanding and practice of finding resources, using an exercise called "The Piwakawaka’s Tail”. This versatile and easy to use tool has become a ‘go-to' tool for a range of coaching situations from career transition to leadership development and beyond. Simple but powerful, this coaching intervention is easy to use when coaching by phone or video.

Alyson Garrido is an experienced international career coach, and also facilitates learning and development workshops in both the public and private sectors. She has worked with organizations including Air New Zealand, WSP Opus, various government agencies including Treasury, Foreign Affairs and Trade, as well as Professional bodies such as PMI and PIHRA. Alyson was introduced to constellation work and the power of the somatic experience through her work with Street Wisdom and by being an early adopter of systemic mapping in coaching in New Zealand. She is working alongside Kathy bringing her energy and engagement skills to the programs, as well as her expertise in mapping and constellations methodology.

Kathy Tracey - Instructor

Kathy Tracey has regularly coached some of the most senior leaders in Government and Private sector organizations in the Channel Islands and Europe. Her clients have included many senior partners in blue chip global Law and Accountancy firms, Directors in the Finance Sector, and many Heads of Service in Government Departments. She has returned to the country of her birth and now has a coaching & training practice based in Wellington. She also offers professional supervision and mentoring. Kathy has been a systemic practitioner for over 35 years, first in her social work practice and then transferring that philosophy and range of methodologies into her leadership development and coaching practice. Since 2014, Kathy has been studying and practicing Systemic Mapping and Constellations, predominantly under the tutelage of John Whittington in London. She was a member of the inaugural ‘Path to Mastery’ group which completed 2 years of specialized study in 2019. She has also studied with Ty Francis, Klaus Horn and experienced the work of Judith Hemming and Lyn Storey, constantly looking to build her knowledge and practice.

Each Certified Professional Coach tracks their own continuing education clock hours and submits the information for their 12 clock hours every two years.  All ICF programs are accepted.  Additional programs outside of CCC may be eligible - please include a class agenda and proof of satisfactory completion.

The full program fee to earn your Certified Professional Coach designation is $1695. This includes the five webinars and live class required for certification, plus two optional webinars after certification, and access to the Coaches page on this site with tools, session questionnaires, and more. Inclusion in the Find a Certified Coach database is optional.

Cancellation Policy: In the event you must cancel participation, up to seven days prior to the start of the first program webinar you may request a refund of the amount less a twenty percent processing fee; six days or less prior to the start of the first program webinar you may request a refund of fifty percent of the registration. You may transfer your full registration to someone else up to three days prior to the start of the first webinar.
