- Submitting two recorded coaching sessions that pass evaluation for competency
- Taking and passing the Coach Knowledge Assessment, CKA, exam
At the Center for Coaching Certification, this process is supported through completion. It starts with the initial coach training: the Certified Professional Coach and the Certified Master Coach programs. With each of these programs, an individual session is provided upon completion for your planning and moving forward effectively. To support you engaging coaching clients and completing the hours, we provide information and resources on business and marketing plus offer a free Q&A call each month. As you are completing your coaching hours, the training continues with the Certified Coach Specialist program and the Coaching Practicum class to complete your training hours. Next, the Mentor Coaching program provides additional awareness of the application of your coaching competencies. Included in the process is reviewing your recording or recordings with your mentor coach to pre-evaluate passing the ICF evaluation. The combination of the coach training and the mentor coaching prepare you for the CKA exam.
Welcome to the Center for Coaching Certification where you will experience our commitment to your success.
