To Be A Coach<\/p>\n

In my way I sought to help,<\/p>\n

Those who needed me,<\/p>\n

It was then I got Coach Certified,<\/p>\n

At a school called CCC,<\/p>\n

I learned to help is not to advise,<\/p>\n

It’s to question powerfully,<\/p>\n

I learned it isn’t finding answers now,<\/p>\n

It’s about self-discovery,<\/p>\n

Checking expertise at the door,<\/p>\n

Of every single session,<\/p>\n

Allows a client to explore,<\/p>\n

And gain freedom of expression,<\/p>\n

Enlightenment and answers come,<\/p>\n

Holding space is key,<\/p>\n

Somewhere in the silence,<\/p>\n

The answer soon will be.<\/p>\n
