Susanna Theo is a <\/span>trainer<\/a> and virtual assistant at The Center for Coaching Certification.\u00a0 She enjoys teaching. Having recently moved, she is spending her free time restoring an old home.<\/span><\/p>\n

What inspired you to become a coach?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I have business communications teaching and court mediation positions.\u00a0 I already had clients requesting coaching services and one required that I had an ICF certification.<\/p>\n

What specific areas do you focus on?<\/strong><\/p>\n

My niche is business and success.<\/p>\n

What do you love most about coaching?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Watching people achieve their success points.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s your biggest coaching success story?<\/strong><\/p>\n

A client since 2016 has met and exceeded her goals from a just a seed idea.\u00a0 She came from a super introverted standpoint. \u00a0By designing her own future, she bloomed and felt her inner strength.\u00a0 It visibly changed her in an awesome way.\u00a0 She became self-assured about her decisions.<\/p>\n

What is the biggest obstacle you have overcome as a coach?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I look at things as moving forward, rather than obstacles.\u00a0 I go with the flow and take everything as it comes.\u00a0 I\u2019m very cerebral and introspective and I think about my clients very deeply.<\/p>\n

What is one of the biggest challenges you helped one of your clients through?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Confidence building – really knowing their worth and feeling things in their gut.\u00a0 It is awesome when they feel it and it is a positive strong connection.\u00a0 The client really takes ownership of the process.<\/p>\n

What types of clients do you most like to work with?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Everybody!\u00a0 I am very open to everyone.\u00a0 I like to work with people who really want it.<\/p>\n

What is your favorite coaching tool?<\/strong><\/p>\n

My words.<\/p>\n

What message do you have for anyone considering becoming a coach?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I think everyone should become a coach.\u00a0 I can see it working for everyone, from parents to teenagers and more.\u00a0 It teaches us to be active participants in communication, rather than reactive and emotional.<\/p>\n
