I use that as the name of my company.\u00a0 I give the freedom and space to create a unique and action-oriented business plans that move my clients forward. I Jane Storm, not brainstorm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What inspired you to become a coach?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I love connecting with people.\u00a0 I knew I had the ability to work in collaboration with people to move them forward.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What specific areas do you focus on?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I focus on a couple of different areas:<br \/>\nTransformation Coaching<br \/>\nExecutive Coaching<br \/>\nGroup Coachingg<\/p>\n<p><strong>What do you love most about coaching?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Getting people to their WOW is amazing.\u00a0 Watching them transform and create opportunities for themselves is what I love the most!<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is the biggest obstacle you have overcome as a coach?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I have struggled with listening and less talking.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is one of the biggest challenges you helped one of your clients through?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Helping someone who was stuck in a career that she hated, to move into a career that she loves.\u00a0 Witnessing her inner light and courage as she was doing it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>What types of clients do you most like to work with?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I love working with people who want to do the work.\u00a0 They may not know how to do it, and they want to do it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is your favorite coaching tool?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The affirmation story and mind mapping are my personal favorites.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What message do you have for anyone considering becoming a coach?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Be unique.\u00a0 Be trustworthy.\u00a0 Be valuable.\u00a0 Be reliable.\u00a0 Be curious.\u00a0 Listen.\u00a0 Listen.\u00a0 Listen.
