She is a New Yorker with a great passion for coaching.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>What a unique name! <\/strong>How did Jane Storm come about?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I was working for a vendor meeting. \u00a0On the wall of the creative department, they had a sign that said Jane Storm. I use that as the name of my company.\u00a0 I give the freedom and space to create a unique and action-oriented business plans that move my clients forward. I Jane Storm, not brainstorm.<\/p>\n

What inspired you to become a coach?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I love connecting with people.\u00a0 I knew I had the ability to work in collaboration with people to move them forward.<\/p>\n

What specific areas do you focus on?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I focus on a couple of different areas:
\nTransformation Coaching
\nExecutive Coaching
\nGroup Coachingg<\/p>\n

What do you love most about coaching?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Getting people to their WOW is amazing.\u00a0 Watching them transform and create opportunities for themselves is what I love the most!<\/p>\n

What is the biggest obstacle you have overcome as a coach?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I have struggled with listening and less talking.<\/p>\n

What is one of the biggest challenges you helped one of your clients through?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Helping someone who was stuck in a career that she hated, to move into a career that she loves.\u00a0 Witnessing her inner light and courage as she was doing it.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>What types of clients do you most like to work with?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I love working with people who want to do the work.\u00a0 They may not know how to do it, and they want to do it.<\/p>\n

What is your favorite coaching tool?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The affirmation story and mind mapping are my personal favorites.<\/p>\n

What message do you have for anyone considering becoming a coach?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Be unique.\u00a0 Be trustworthy.\u00a0 Be valuable.\u00a0 Be reliable.\u00a0 Be curious.\u00a0 Listen.\u00a0 Listen.\u00a0 Listen. Find the coursework and the certification that taps into your rigor and passion because this is not an easy road.<\/p>\n
