listen and ask questions is an over-simplified answer.\u00a0 At the same time, really listening is much more involved and takes skill.\u00a0 This competency is taught during <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coachcert.com\/training\/certified-professional-coach\/program-overview.html\">coaching certification<\/a> and worked on consistently by coaches throughout their careers.\u00a0 When working with a team it means further developing listening skills to hear and be aware of multiple people at once.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In this blog series, we have reviewed the additional points of skill from ICF\u2019s Team Coaching Competencies 1 through 5 and now are continuing with &hellip;
