Sometimes team coaches offer more than one service and must distinguish which is happening when.\u00a0 Consider the natural progression of services: team building, team training, team consulting, team mentoring, team facilitation, then team coaching.\u00a0Coaching is advanced development for advanced results.\u00a0 As with all <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coachcert.com\/coaching.html\">coaching<\/a> engagements, the coach ensures there is transparency about the roles.<\/li>\n<li>Offering Team Coaching calls for developing the skills for the work.
