<\/p>\nDuring 2020 the world changed and how we all responded varied in a big way.\u00a0 We learned to work from home, home school, socially distance, get innovative in terms of earning a living, reinvent careers, and more.\u00a0 We experienced an impact from uprisings and considered our own role in terms of social justice.\u00a0 We debated politics, how the pandemic was handled, and the impact of the protests. \u00a0\u00a0 <\/p>\n
Where are we now?\u00a0 The political change, workplace change, family change, and social change we are experiencing are all new realities.\u00a0 We have learned about ourselves, our families, our friends, our colleagues, and our society during this time.\u00a0 We are stronger for it.<\/p>\n
Looking into 2021 we now have a choice – we can go with the flow or we can choose what we want and be intentional going forward.\u00a0 Going with the flow can be easy and, just like the old saying, failing to plan is planning to fail.\u00a0 So be intentional!\u00a0 Given where you are at now, your opportunities and resources, where do you want to be in 1 month?\u00a0 3 months? 6 months? 1 year? 2 years? 3 years?\u00a0 Consider your personal care, your family life, your social life, your friendships, your career, your finances, and all other activities that are of value.\u00a0 Evaluate what is important and how to make it happen!<\/p>\n
