I’ve been standing at this question, which was kind of challenging for me: how can I answer such a question? Is it sufficient for me to say information about myself and \/ or others? Do I have to mention my past, my successes, and the obstacles I encountered?<\/p>\n

In the coaching<\/a> profession, we often encounter something interesting, and we are curious. These questions are different; our mind sometimes responds to them in the same way. We sometimes find ourselves in front of a dilemma where we are unable to find a solution.\u00a0 It is better to start by dividing these questions in our minds so that we can distinguish between them. Following you will find questions of the three types. Think about answering each question separately:<\/p>\n

What questions:
\nWhat can I do?
\nWhat do I want to do?
\nWhat will I do?
\nWhat is my role?
\nWhat aspects of my life do I want to develop?
\nWhat is the impact of my actions?
\nWhat are my losses?
\nWhat are my wins?
\nWhat are my beliefs?
\nWhat are the things that attract me?
\nWhat do I want?
\nWhat are my projects?<\/p>\n

How questions:
\nHow am I?
\nHow do I imagine you see me?
\nHow do I feel?
\nHow do I want to feel?
\nHow do I behave?
\nHow do I want to behave?
\nHow will I behave?
\nHow do I think?
\nHow do I want to think?
\nHow will I think?<\/p>\n

Who questions?
\nWho am I?
\nWho am I separate from designations or titles?
\nWho am I from the rear?
\nWho am I from the side?
\nWho am I from the front?
\nWho am I when facing challenges?
\nWho am I away from frustrations?
\nWho am I when I am my best self?<\/p>\n

These questions can help me organize my life, projects, and goals. When the questions become clear, the answers become my guide.<\/p>\n
