Identify and Move Past"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>What is Unconscious Bias?\u00a0 Vanderbilt says: \u201cprejudice or unsupported judgments in favor of or against one thing, person, or group as compared to another, in a way that is usually considered unfair.\u201d\u00a0 The challenge of course is that if it is unconscious, how can it be identified?\u00a0 Start with the premise that all humans have biases \u2013 conscious ones we are aware of and unconscious bias.\u00a0 So, we know we do have biases. <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-8548 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.coachcert.com\/coachingblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Unconscious-Bias.-Identify-and-Move-Past-.jpg\" alt=\"Unconscious Bias.
