They give you advice.<\/li>\n<li>A career advisor or consultant analyses your skills and the job market, then gives you a plan to use.<\/li>\n<li>A trainer teaches specific skills for work you will do in the future.<\/li>\n<li>A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coachcert.com\/coachingblog\/career-coaching-3\/\">career coach<\/a> recognizes you know yourself best and you are your own best expert.
