the real question is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.CoachCert.com\/coachingblog\/how-to-create-change\/\" target=\"_blank\">how do I<\/a> and why do I want to maintain a positive outlook regardless of my circumstances?<\/p>\n<p>This is a question I explored in more detail while writing a chapter for Center of Coaching Certification\u2019s Coaching Perspectives VI.<\/p>\n<p>To begin with, I am mentally, physically, and emotionally healthier when I maintain a positive outlook and I certainly find life is much more enjoyable!\u00a0 Others find me a heck of a lot nicer to be around.\u00a0 I also express more confidence, am productive, and more willing to tackle challenges.<\/p>\n<p>So now that we have noted some of the benefits, what supports maintaining a positive outlook?\u00a0 For me, positive <a href=\"https:\/\/www.CoachCert.com\/coachingblog\/the-history-of-affirmations\/\" target=\"_blank\">affirmations<\/a> used daily are key.\u00a0 I love starting my day with statements of gratitude and &#8216;I am&#8217;
