\"Clients<\/a>Sometimes coaching clients, after experiencing the coaching process, decide to explore coach training for themselves.<\/p>\n

Perhaps these clients see how they can improve their working environment through a coaching approach.\u00a0 Additionally, they want to become coaches because they understand that coaching can raise the performance level of their staff<\/a>, or increase cooperation between team members or different departments within their current organization.<\/p>\n

Other clients recognize that coaching can be a powerful addition to their \u2018toolbox\u2019 of skills<\/a>.\u00a0 Counselors, for example, understand that coaching is useful with clients who are now ready to develop sound goals and strategies connected to their newly-identified path.<\/p>\n

Still other clients become so engaged and energized by the coaching process that they decide to make a career change and become coaches in order to start their own business.<\/p>\n

Whatever their reason, these clients become curious about the process of becoming a coach.\u00a0 We can help them by answering their questions about our training \u2013 both initial and continuing \u2013 in an open manner.\u00a0 We can also ask them questions to create awareness around what is involved in coach training.<\/p>\n
