personally.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Test it by thinking about something you want to accomplish.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Say to yourself, \u201cI wish I was able to do it.\u201d<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>How does that feel?<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Now say to yourself, \u201cI am moving forward and doing it.\u201d<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>How is that different?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s3\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" positive actions which\u00a0create positive outcomes that build confidence which supports positivity.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Whew!<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Using positive language for exploring and acting on thoughts, feelings, and behavior is the foundation for maximizing success.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>A high level of positivity enhances brain capacity and function, and impacts confidence.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s3\">Language used to express thoughts and beliefs creates self-fulfilling prophecies.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.e911.com\/monos\/articles\/10.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Reframing challenging or negative experiences<\/a> with positive, proactive language supports positivity and confidence.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Talking about wins and good experiences also supports confidence and creates positivity, plus builds momentum.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Positivity and confidence enhance individual ability to face challenge and change.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Positivity through language enhances skills including decision making, proactivity, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.CoachCert.com\/coachingblog\/coaching-for-emotional-intelligence\/\" target=\"_blank\">emotional intelligence<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s3\">This chapter
