Awareness of different tools and different technologies as a coach means you are prepared.<\/p>\n<p>During coach training with Center for Coaching Certification, one of the assignments in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coachcert.com\/training\/certified-master-coach\/master-coach-program-overview.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Master Coach program<\/a> is to explore different tools.\u00a0 Another asks the coaches to create a visual diagram of their process.\u00a0 During class we discuss coaching process and resources.\u00a0 For the group coaching sessions we experiment with different technology platforms.\u00a0 The reason for all of this is so that as a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coachcert.com\/training\/certified-professional-coach\/program-overview.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">certified coach<\/a>, you are aware of different possibilities, consider different approaches, develop dexterity with creating visual diagrams, and increase your comfort level using different technologies.<\/p>\n<p>This blog series will focus on various tools and resources.\u00a0 Join the conversation with your thoughts, ideas, and questions.\u00a0 What tools do you use?\u00a0 What are your thoughts?\u00a0 What do you want to explore further?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What tools are helpful to clients, coaches, and the coaching process?
