you market yourself as a coach?\u00a0 Start with defining your goals, considering your obstacles, and then plan how you will move forward.<\/p>\n<p>Goals: What do you want from your marketing efforts?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Database of contacts<\/li>\n<li>Build relationships<\/li>\n<li>Referrals<\/li>\n<li>New clients<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Obstacles: What could hold you back?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/sap\/2012\/08\/02\/be-uncomfortable\/\">Uncomfortable selling<\/a> \u2013 feel guilty pushing own services<\/li>\n<li>Easier to sell others than self \u2013 seems natural to refer others while uncomfortable offering own services<\/li>\n<li>Lack of knowledge \u2013 unsure of what works or how to do it<\/li>\n<li>Time constraints \u2013 with a full schedule of time on a regular basis<\/li>\n<li>Use free resources such as social media and public speaking<\/li>\n<li>Market while earning as a trainer or facilitator<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>When you put in the
