\"Coaching<\/a>After coaching sessions on personal budgeting, business budgeting, and financial statements, Coach<\/a> Andrea asked her client David about his comfort level and about his interest in learning more.\u00a0 David expressed that he felt confident budgeting and participating more fully in financial meetings.\u00a0 He also said he wanted to continue learning.<\/p>\n

Andrea asked David about his resources for learning<\/a>.\u00a0 David figured he could get online and research, and he thought that there were likely books he could buy.\u00a0 Andrea asked David want training was available through his company, in his area, or online.\u00a0 David realized that the company did offer to pay for classes and he liked the idea of an online class he could take while at work.\u00a0 Andrea asked David what tools he wanted to use and then asked how he wanted to use each tool.\u00a0 David choose his action steps for research online, obtaining books, researching class options, and taking the classes.<\/p>\n

At the end of the session, Andrea asked David if he wanted a list of websites and a few books on budgeting and financial statements along with short reviews of the content.\u00a0 David said yes, and Andrea provided the list.\u00a0 Andrea supported David\u2019s choices by providing the list of optional resources<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
