and often what it is not. \u00a0Then a written agreement that details this information and generally addresses ethics and confidentiality is signed by the coach and the client.<\/p>\n<p><!-- [if gte vml 1]><v:shape id=\"_x0000_s1027\" type=\"#_x0000_t75\" style='position:absolute;margin-left:-94.2pt;margin-top:6.05pt;width:115.2pt;
