both are critical to fostering a healthy mind.<\/li>\n<li>Take a deep breath and smile &#8211; it opens up your heart to receive love and positive energy.<\/li>\n<li>Laugh. \u00a0A lot. \u00a0Watch a comedy, hang out with friends, or whatever you find most enjoyable and can get a good belly laugh.<\/li>\n<li>Surround yourself with positive <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coachcert.com\/resources\/monthly-webinars.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">people<\/a> and influences.<\/li>\n<li>Make a list of things you\u2019re grateful for right now, and then give thanks for them.<\/li>\n<li>Meditate or do yoga &#8211; it\u2019s one of the best ways to relax, clear your mind, and reset your focus.<\/li>\n<li>Take responsibility for your life. \u00a0You create your life and you have the choice to make change happen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Just like starting a new exercise or eating plan, it takes time for something to become a habit. \u00a0Be gentle and encouraging with yourself as mistakes will happen &#8211;
