Perhaps this is familiar to others: I grew up in a world of \u201cI told you that you\u00a0shouldn’t\u00a0do that; it never works\u201d and \u201cI don\u2019t know why you feel like that, what\u2019s wrong with you?\u201d\u00a0 I began feeling like I\u00a0couldn’t\u00a0do anything right and something was seriously wrong with me because of the feelings I was having.<\/p>\n
