{"id":3323,"date":"2012-04-02T06:03:40","date_gmt":"2012-04-02T06:03:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/centerforcoachingcertification.com\/coachingblog\/?p=3323"},"modified":"2012-03-11T01:36:38","modified_gmt":"2012-03-11T01:36:38","slug":"analyze-process-for-goals","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.coachcert.com\/coachingblog\/analyze-process-for-goals\/","title":{"rendered":"Analyze Process for Goals"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.CoachCert.com\/coachingblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/process.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-3324\" title=\"analyze process\" src=\"https:\/\/www.CoachCert.com\/coachingblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/process-216x300.jpg\" alt=\"analyze process\" width=\"216\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a>The A in GOALS = Analyzed<\/p>\n<p>There are three very significant considerations when focusing on powerful goal setting for results: how the goal is defined, motivation, and action.\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.centerforcoachingcertification.com\/program-overview.html\">Coach training<\/a> programs cover this information because the impact is profound.\u00a0 Dive in here now to analyze how intentionally using this process supports success.<\/p>\n<p>Many people find it easier to describe what they do not want than to describe what they do want.\u00a0 For example, someone might say, \u201cI don\u2019t want to be so stressed any more.\u201d\u00a0 Or perhaps, \u201cI am tired of always struggling to pay the bills.\u201d\u00a0 When describing what is not wanted, the brain processes the key words \u2013 in these examples stressed and struggling to pay bills.
