Thanksgiving is an opportunity to reflect on all of the good things in life. Coach training and coaching are high on my list of good things — the opportunity to work as a coach trainer and a coach. Coaches often talk about how the work of coaching is a benefit to the coach as well as the client. Serving others in a way that really makes a difference is something for which to give thanks.<\/p>\n
Here are some of the benefits of coaching and training coaches for which I am thankful:

\n\u2022 The privilege of partnering with so many intelligent coaches as their coaches
\n\u2022 The pleasure of coaching so many accomplished individuals
\n\u2022 The learning through training and coaching others
\n\u2022 The incredible wisdoms and insights from the international conference for coaches
\n\u2022 The opportunities to learn from research and reading
\n\u2022 The amazing discussions and interactions with all of you to expand my thinking
\n\u2022 The insightful perspectives you share in class and in coaching sessions<\/p>\n
