While pre-pandemic there were many opportunities for remote work, post-pandemic has seen an exponential increase.\u00a0 Moving to remote work may happen through a job, or it may be people choose a new career because they can work remotely.\u00a0 When searching online for remote jobs, it was amazing what came up!\u00a0 Interestingly enough, even searching remote jobs helping people, the coaching profession wasn\u2019t there!\u00a0 Wow \u2013 second-fastest growing profession in the world, done primarily remotely, and it isn\u2019t on the lists?<\/p>\n

Even pre-pandemic, 80% of coaching was on the phone.\u00a0 Now, with the growth of online meeting platforms, very little coaching is done face-to-face.<\/p>\n

As a remote work opportunity, coaching<\/a> is amazing.\u00a0 Commonly, while as much as 50% of your time is invested in managing the business, the time working with people is wonderful.\u00a0 As coaches we have the privilege of partnering with clients while they create their path forward personally and professionally.<\/p>\n

An interesting twist is that coaching is a service for remote workers.\u00a0 Work remotely to support those who work remotely!<\/p>\n

Expand that thought: coaches work with leaders who have remote teams.\u00a0 Coaches work with teams of remote workers too.<\/p>\n
