\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Journal \u2013 write about doing coaching<\/a> and write about being a coach<\/a>.\u00a0 Write your reflections on what is going well and what you want to work on.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Meditate \u2013 take time after each session to think about your coaching, who you are as coach, how you are showing up in sessions, how your clients are showing up, and how you engage.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Reflection Time \u2013 plan time after each session to reflect on your coaching.\u00a0 Consider how you demonstrate each of the competencies.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Coaching Supervision \u2013 engage another coach to explore in depth how you show up, how your client shows up, and how you are interacting.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Activities \u2013 there are many focused activities that support self-reflection:
\no\u00a0\u00a0 Write about a new client before starting then again after working with them for a while and compare the two.
\no\u00a0\u00a0 Take a free bias assessment<\/a> online.
\no\u00a0\u00a0 Participate in group coaching for coaches.
\no\u00a0\u00a0 Attend continuing education programs.
\no\u00a0\u00a0 Exercise \u2013 walking or swimming or yoga \u2013 and use the opportunity for free-flowing thinking.
\no\u00a0\u00a0 Read books that support your reflecting.<\/p>\n
