\/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 How capable is the person who will lead the change?<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 How will accountability be managed?<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">TRAINER<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A trainer facilitates a person learning and improving a particular skill or a type of behavior.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>How to Be a Trainer<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Learn training methodologies and processes for sharing knowledge, assessing retention, and supporting application.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Develop expertise with the subject matter.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Determine what is to be learned by assessing skill gap.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Design the training experience.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Deliver the training.<br
