energizes you about your work?<\/li>\n<li>Where do you want to go with your job\/career?<\/li>\n<li>What do you think it will take to get there?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>What resources do you have?<\/li>\n<li>What resources do you want?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>What do you do well?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>(Add feedback on what they are doing well.)<\/em><\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li>What do you want to do differently?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>(Add to this as appropriate.)<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This series of questions sets a positive tone and indicates a collaborative approach.\u00a0 It gives the employee the opportunity to identity both strengths and opportunities for development.\u00a0 It demonstrates support.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These questions are great during routine check-ins with people on your team.\u00a0 As an added benefit, this supports creating a coaching culture in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coach-123.com\/coaching-services\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">organization<\/a>.\u00a0 A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coachcert.com\/training.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">coaching<\/a> approach with your team will increase employee engagement, enhance productivity, and help with
